Booked a viewing for with kkl motors Was very nervous about looking for a new car as not a fan of sales people due to them being so pushy and unhelpful and only interested in making the sale and not making sure the car is right for you. on arrival Kim was very welcoming and friendly she was helpful not pushy at all gave me time to look at the car and answers any questions i had. I have just purchased a Jeep via K.K.L motors during the Covid-19 lockdown and I have to say that my experience here has been perhaps the best that I have ever had when buying a second hand car. I was dealing with the most delightful lady who had the patience of a saint. She took the time to answer all of my questions and then sent the car to me for inspection. Her delivery driver was patient and curtious. I spent well over an hour going of the vehicle and testing it. It was everything the ad promised and more. Pleasant and helpful, not pushy at all, the car was well presented and I had a fairly decent test drive accompanied, would prefer to take a car out on my own but understand why many garages don’t allow this. The purchase process was simple and only took half an hour.

I can’t praise Kim and the KKL team highly enough. I would rate this as our best ever experience of buying a second hand car. We spotted the mini we wanted on Autotrader. The only problem was that it was a 2 hour drive away at KKL . Having then looked at the reviews for KKL, we were convinced this was the car for us. Kim couldn’t have been more helpful in our dealings. We booked an appointment over a live chat late on a Friday night . No high pressure sell on arrival, more of a welcome as a friend. A long test drive and then left us time to explore the car ourselves. We had already researched the price and we’re happy. KKL seem to have a policy of setting a fair honest price and not accepting offers. I really like this approach and found the price very competitive. Laid back, no pressure, professional, efficient, accommodating, friendly. Valet was excellent. The car seemed like new inside. Log book arrived in less than a week. Part of the spare was absent on sale, however Kim preorder the part without us even asking. This also arrived less than a week. Very happy with service we received. We love our new car.
